Participation in the two-day “MEATing 2023” meat industry conference, held in Ozarow Mazowiecki, is behind us. The agenda included specialized lectures on, among other things, quality and safety in the meat industry. A great deal of attention was paid to the issues of industry standards, microbiological testing and modern solutions to support producers and distributors in maintaining food quality and safety.

The conference was attended by more than 500 participants from the broader industry. For Terrabio™, it was an excellent opportunity to establish new relationships with future customers. The capabilities of rtPCR screening detection with results in 90 minutes surprised more than one speaker.
